Founder, International Water Sector Expert

Esra Dufft

Ms. Esra Dufft is the Founder and Principal Water Sector Consultant of Mojo Engineering & Consultancy, bringing over 19 years of international experience from several companies and positions in the water sector.

She is a professional engineer specialised in the preparation, tendering, and management of sustainable water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Throughout her career, Esra has led IFI-funded assignments for clients such as the EBRD, European Union, World Bank, Impact Fund Denmark (formerly DSIF), African Development Bank, Swedfund, and Nefco.

Her work covers the full project cycle from feasibility and master planning to design, procurement, and implementation support.

She is fluent in English, and Turkish with professional working knowledge in Danish.
