Summary
Mojo EC supported EBRD in appraising Phase II of its water supply and wastewater investment in Kulob, which builds on the Phase I Kulob Water and Wastewater Project. Phase II delivers the remaining components of the long-term investment programme identified in the 2014 feasibility study. Mojo EC carried out a Feasibility Assessment Update: an independent reconfirmation of the investment rationale, scope, CAPEX, OPEX and implementation readiness, taking into account Phase I experience, market price movements and the evolving climate and regulatory context.

• Technical feasibility refresher: validation of infrastructure components, demand assessment, updated capital and operating costs

• Economic, financial and affordability analysis: economic justification, financial projections, tariff and cost-recovery assessment, affordability in line with EBRD methodology
