Summary
Mojo EC supported EBRD, through Stantec, in appraising a proposed investment programme to reduce non-revenue water in Muğla's water supply and distribution system. The study established the technical and financial feasibility of the programme and defined a Priority Investment Programme for EBRD financing.

• Review of water supply projects including a water transmission line and 6 projects for 3 municipalities of Mugla (Koycegiz, Dalyan, Ortaca)

• Procurement and contract strategy

• Options analysis for Works vs Performance Based Contracts
