EBRD- Tunisia Water Transmission Line
Technical Due Diligence
Direct support to EBRD in the appraisal of a major KfW- and sovereign-financed water transfer investment in Tunisia, forming part of the fourth phase of the country's Water Transmission Program. The assignment covered technical due diligence of the proposed transfer system expansion (4 m³/s in addition to the existing 12 m³/s capacity) from Sejnene Dam to Bejaoua, including assessment of core infrastructure components such as the transmission pipeline, balancing structures, pumping stations, and existing canal connection.
Services included provision of the expert team, water services assessment, climate assessments, physical infrastructure risk assessment, Paris Agreement alignment assessment, financial and economic analysis, and a risk register.
