Technical Due Diligence

Direct Support to EBRD in the appraisal of a major sovereign-financed water transfer investment in Tunisia, forming part of the fourth phase of the country’s Large Water Transfer Program. The assignment covered technical due diligence of the proposed transfer system expansion (4 m3/s) from Sejnene Dam to Bejaoua, including assessment of core infrastructure components such as transmission pipeline, balancing structures, pumping stations, and existing canal connection.

Services included team leadership including provision of the expert team, due diligence reporting, technical water supply assessment, climate risk assessment, economic analysis, and contractual management of the assignment.
